If you enjoy learning about space exploration and aviation, the Air and Space Center has a number of planes hanging on display and some interesting exhibits. A cool exhibit was a simulation of a mission to Mars. Once on the Martian surface, you can command a couple rovers to take pictures of interesting rocks. (I know, geology isn't interesting, but it's cool to watch the rovers.)
